Important International travel requirements for

ANIMAL TRACKS

and

THE ANIMALS GREATEST HITS SHOW

performed by the band ANIMAL TRACKS

A full itinerary must be forwarded to the band (or its immediate agent) AT LEAST 7 DAYS before the bands departure from the UK

Deposits, (when requested) must be received by the band (or its immediate agent) AT LEAST 30 DAYS before the bands departure from the UK, or by any other specified date. (As per the terms and conditions detailed in the contract)

for 5 persons 

(Each with one large checked-in bag and extra leg room seats)

Special arrangements can be made to fly via one of 

the following International airports in this preferred order:

   'LEEDS BRADFORD' (LBA)
or 'DONCASTER SHEFFIELD' (DSA)
or 'EDINBURGH' (EDI)
or 'MANCHESTER INTERNATIONAL' (MAN)

(Flights from London airports must have a connecting flight from Newcastle)

Budget airlines such as Easyjet / Wizzair / jet2 etc are acceptable but please try to avoid Ryanair!

Suitable and safe transportation / transfer vehicles must always be supplied.

Long distance road travel before or after concerts must be avaoided.

Short airport transfer and connection times must be avoided.

In all cases there must be an overnight hotel rest of AT LEAST 8 hours after a concert. 

The hotel should ideally be located within walking distance of the venue.

Where a flight schedule or long distance travel does not allow for a suitable rest period before a concert, arrangements must be made for the band to arrive at their hotel on the day before the concert, with hospitality fully inclusive.

Any changes to the backline rider or travel riders must be notified at least 7 days prior to the band's departure from the UK.

THE ABOVE CONDITIONS CAN ONLY BE VARIED BY PRIOR ARRANGEMENT OR FISCAL ADJUSTMENT
